What are your office hours?
9:00 to 5:00 pacific time, Monday through Friday.

How do I view the interior of a property?
We ask that you drive by the property before requesting to see the interior. Please do not ask a tenant to show you the interior. If the property is occupied, we can show the interior with notice to the tenant the day ahead. If unoccupied, we can schedule a showing the same day. We do not show an occupied unit prior to 9:00 AM or on Sundays. Saturday showings are limited to unique circumstances. Showing availability subject to current community health guidelines.

What is your pet policy?
If the property allows a pet (one cat or dog), it would be noted in the property description. The pet must be approved, a pet addendum completed, and additional deposit paid. The approval of a dog is dependent upon the breed and age of the dog (no dog or cat under 12 months). Caged birds & fish are allowed, but rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc. are not allowed. If the property does not allow pets, it is not a negotiable issue.
