What are your lease options?
Our leases expire May 31, June 30, or July 31.

What is the application process?
Schedule a showing for a property and determine if it fits your needs. Next, submit an application. An application is required for all residents over the age of 18. There is a $40 application fee per applicant or $80 per couple. Married couples require only one application if both spouses sign the application. Click here to access applications.

What are the deposit requirements?
Our deposits are equal to one month's rent and due when the lease is signed. First month's rent is due the day the lease begins. We do not require prepayment of last month's rent. There is an additional deposit for a pet, if the property allows pets. ($300/dog, $150/cat)
