PRE-LEASING SEASON INFORMATION

Our Spring 2023 Preview Price List will be included in the upcoming 2023 renters guide mid-January 2023.

 

Virtual Open House:   Our 2023 open house season will be conducted VIRTUALLY.  As in previous years, we will post a listing of available properties for May and June lease starts after 5:00 pm on Friday, February 24th.

On Saturday morning, February 25th, beginning at 8:00 am, prospective tenants will be able to fill out a form on this website indicating their top four property choices.  Unfortunately, we will not be showing occupied units and you will need to make your decision on renting based upon pictures or vacant sample units.  
 
The office will be open for those wishing to come in person, after 12:00 noon, on Saturday February 25th.  We encourage you to fill out our online form indicating your interest in your top four properties.  Please submit only ONE FORM PER GROUP.
 
The status of our properties changes daily, so check back often. Our standard office hours are  9-5 (Pacific time), M-F (closed on holidays)
 
Notice of Fee Changes. Effective January 1st 2023. Palouse Properties is increasing the service fee to $20.00 for each Adding Tenants and $20.00 for each Dropping tenants on existing Leases. The add or drop service fee and standard $40.00 application fee for new tenants will need to be paid in full at the time paperwork is submitted to our office. These fees have remained the same since 2015 and unfortunately need to increase.
